You have 28 days from when you receive your items to make a return. Items returned to us past this date will not result in a refund and you may be charged a second delivery fee if you wish to have the items back.
A printed order summary and returns slip should be included with each delivery you receive.
Please complete the form and return any items to the address provided on the integrated label (please note this is not a pre-paid postage label).
If you are making a return from outside the UK, please declare the shipment as a 'Return to Origin' to avoid any unnecessary customs charges. Any items declared otherwise will incur a charge and deVOL cannot be responsible for any outstanding import tariffs or duties.
Any items that reach the UK with outstanding charges will be held by customs for a period and ultimately sent back to you, which could mean you miss your 28 day return window.
We're not able to cover any return postage costs, or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed for service.
We cannot accept returns of bespoke items, samples (including paint samples) or taps that have been plumbed in.
Any returned tins of paint must be sent back with the seals still intact, we cannot accept open tins of paint for returns.
Please be aware that if we do receive any excluded items you will not be refunded the original amount and you may be charged a second delivery fee if you wish to have them returned to you.

You should receive email confirmation once your return has been processed and accepted. If you’re concerned that you haven’t heard from us then please don’t hesitate to get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org.
If products are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, excluding any delivery fees (and a 10% restocking fee if you are a customer from outside of the UK).
